Shipping:

We automatically send out a tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing the order. If you do not get an email its because your email blocked our email. Please add sales@ar15anodizedgunparts.com to your safe list. Also check the junk or spam folder. This tracking number will not show anything until we ship the item. If the tracking number isn't showing your item shipped then it means we are working on getting your parts either anodized or ready. As soon as the item ships your tracking number will show the progress. So check the tracking each day. If its been 10 business days and your tracking information show the same thing please let us know right away. Thank you.

Shipping Address:

We only ship to billing addresses. Please do not email us to change an address. We do this to prevent credit card fraud and to protect you the customer. Any item sent back because it was sent to the address you entered will still have a 25% restock fee and you will be still charged the $5 shipping fee. We are not trying to be mean. We are trying to be upfront with you.
